Returns

Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick assistance.
Exchange
Exchanges are allowed for defective or damaged products, depending on stock availability.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
